Aston conference centre (Hotel) – a funny one this – access to the hotel is great if you are in a cab – but in your own car its a pig to get to only to realise you have to run the gauntlet of the traffic wardens in order to check-in and get your parking voucher. Once you do this you have to drive all the way round again to re-park, get lost the re-find the hotel.
Rooms are accessed through a very slow lift. Hallways are recently painted ad remind you of student acommodation. The rooms themselves are nice, modern good facilities. Bathroom good. Restaurant is more of a cafeteria / refectory. Generally reminiscent of staying in a posh Bupa hospital without the flowers!
